Alisha Sandella

Director of Property Management

Alisha joined Cedar Ridge Services in 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Property Management. Alisha is responsible for the oversight of 15 million square feet of office and industrial assets across the US.

With over 15 years of experience in property management, Alisha is an accomplished and dynamic individual who maintains high standards for our clients. With a strong background in property management, construction, accounting and tenant relations, Alisha has consistently delivered exceptional results through strategic planning, effective team leadership, and meticulous attention to detail. Her ability to streamline processes, enhance property value, and foster positive tenant experiences has led to increased occupancy rates and sustainable growth. Known for her innovative problem-solving skills and dedication, Alisha continues to drive success in the property management industry. She is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).


Cynthia Herring, RPA

Regional Director, Texas

Cindy joined Cedar Ridge Services in 2013. She oversees a core team of seven property management professionals who currently manage portfolios totaling 6 million square feet. Cindy has worked in property management for over 24 years and enjoys sharing her hard-earned knowledge with others. Cindy brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism to all aspects of her job.

Cindy has held the RPA Designation from BOMA International since 2003 and has been an active member of BOMA San Antonio since 2000, where she has also served on the Board of Directors and multiple committees.


Daniel Lee

Regional Director, Midwest

Daniel has been with Cedar Ridge Services since 2016. He oversees a core region of the portfolio and provides overall leadership to the operations teams located in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Having been employed in commercial real estate for more than ten years, he has gained broad knowledge of the industry. His daily responsibilities include accounting, financial analytics, lease administration, and operations. His leadership philosophy is to drive company values while providing the highest level of service to his clients. Daniel holds a BS in Biology from The University of Colorado, a master’s degree from Oklahoma City University and is also a member of BOMA.


Amy Pollard, CPM

Regional Director, Southeast

Amy joined Cedar Ridge Services late in 2020 and she brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, financial analysis, lease administration, and property operations. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm, knowledge, and resources to guide and develop the skills of current and new employees. Her career goal is to create a solid foundation of team members that share her passion and support the vision of Cedar Ridge Services. Amy has a Journalism degree from Indiana University and is a member of both BOMA and IREM.


Kristina Cherry

Regional Manager, Office

Kristina has been with Cedar Ridge Services since 2021 and brings over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry managing commercial properties, including office, medical, retail, and industrial. Her real estate experience also includes construction, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and public event coordination.

Kristina previously served ten years on the board of directors for POA’s in Houston, Texas. She has attended Texas A&M University and Champions School of Real Estate. Kristina holds a Texas Real Estate license, is OSHA Ten Certified, and is a member of BOMA.


John Adams

Director of Engineering

John joined Cedar Ridge Services in 2019 with over 35 years of experience. John is responsible for developing and implementing training, safety procedures and maintenance strategies that optimize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and minimize operating costs. In addition, John oversees the engineering staff and assists the Property Management department with day-to-day building operations, construction management, and capital projects. John is EPA State certified, CPO certified and is a member of BOMA.


Paula Aduddell

Managing Director

Paula has over 25 years of professional experience in property management, commercial real estate, and development. Paula took on the challenge of a start-up when she joined Cedar Ridge Services in 2013. She takes pride in the company that is now ten years old and is enthusiastic to continue that growth into the next decade and beyond.

Prior to Cedar Ridge Services, Paula had a long list of successes as a real estate professional. Paula previously served as Vice President for over 4 million square feet of industrial property in Dallas and Oklahoma City. She opened a new office for a national company that acquired a portfolio of 3 million square feet. She was also the Vice President of Real Estate Services for a large, family-owned group, where she managed property managers and project managers.


Virna Marella

Human Resources Director

Virna joined Cedar Ridge Services in 2022 with over 25 years of accounting, human resources, network and office management experience. With a background in small-to-mid-sized business management, Virna specializes in creating structure, developing comprehensive policies, and standardizing procedures. She also provides guidance on personnel and management issues, employee training and development, promoting effective communication channels and a positive and collaborative work environment.
